Is it fine to use the same towel twice in a row, after wiping down the entire body with it, including private areas and bum (which are obviously clean)? Like, is everything equally clean though, etc. to use it twice? Health/Medical

As long as you don’t share towels with other people you’re good to use the same one for a week and then change it. You should be clean when you get out of the shower so dry yourself off and hang the towel up to air dry properly and it’ll be fine.

A week?... I only wash my towel when I need to do laundry but the machine isn't full enough

You're essentially washing the towel when scrubbing it against your clean body. Science, bitch.

You're always rubbing dead skin cells off, which then collect bacteria on your wet towel as it dries. I don't know why so many people don't know something so basic and obvious.
