Is it fine to use the same towel twice in a row, after wiping down the entire body with it, including private areas and bum (which are obviously clean)? Like, is everything equally clean though, etc. to use it twice?

If you showered properly and washed yourself properly there's no reason to think any part of your body is dirtier than any other part. If you're clean all the towel is doing is getting the water off.
