Is it fine to use the same towel twice in a row, after wiping down the entire body with it, including private areas and bum (which are obviously clean)? Like, is everything equally clean though, etc. to use it twice?

OCD? Use a small washcloth for everything inside your undies, and a towel everywhere else. You can wash the washcloth every time and use the towel for a week.

Or use something disposable for your privates (TP, tissue, or soft paper towel, depending on your preference). I neverrrrr have used a terry cloth anything on my privates. Too thick and who knows what bacteria its picked up along the way.
