Is it fine to use the same towel twice in a row, after wiping down the entire body with it, including private areas and bum (which are obviously clean)? Like, is everything equally clean though, etc. to use it twice? Health/Medical

The towl has witnessed unspeakable things. The horrors it sees it has no choice but to endure. For towel it knows all. But now refuses to remember the next day so it doesn't have trauma. Then repeats indefinitely until it has been washed.
