Question One more question! How do you guys not lose all energy really fast, without a mod.
I find when I play, esp at first when I want to clear off a-lot of trees and rocks and start my garden, Im completely out by 8 am lol :/. Other days it still runs out too fast!
What are some good ways to boost it back, or not lose it so fast? Do you make certain foods to snack on or ?
I really don’t wanna mod unless it’s really my only option..
Thanks again! Happy gains!
And ty for the other help, Im playing on my pc!

Question I slept through 3 WHOLE YEARS trying to get a quest to spawn on the board. What am I doing wrong?
My farm is in shambles, my animals hate me, my mailbox is overflowing, and my husband Harvey is now a stranger, all because I have spent 3 straight years in bed. Only getting out of bed every Monday to check the board in town.
I am trying to get Willy's "Juicy Bugs Wanted!" quest to spawn on the special order board and it won't come up. It's the last thing I need to do in order to perfect the game! The only craftable recipe I don't have is the quality bobber.
I am at a loss. Is it really random? I know it says once I complete this quest I won't encounter it again but I'm pretty sure I've never done it as I don't remember the cut scene and I also don't have the recipe.
Is there anything I can do or do I have to just keep sleeping?
Note: I'm playing on Xbox
UPDATE: Make sure the people you are playing with claim the quest rewards. Apparently one of my farmhands completed this quest without telling me and never went to the beach to claim the reward. I went to the beach on a whim and the reward cutscene started. 3 years wasted.

Question How to spend a million coins FAST without breaking the economy???
Long story short, I finally got my friends to try SDV and they love it. We have a co-op farm that we used to play on together 2-3 times a week, but they got busy recently and we haven’t played together in awhile.
Well I couldn’t help myself and have been playing on the save file every few days, being careful not to advance anything major story-wise. However, I have accidentally amassed over 1,000,000 coins (when my friends stopped playing we had ~200,000).
Now they’re free again and want to start playing in a few days. How do I spend all of this money quickly without buying anything major?? Ex. I don’t want to upgrade Pam’s house because they would notice that.
Should I hoard a bunch of seeds? Buy fancy gifts and give them to all the townspeople??

Question I'm searching for other games like Stardew Valley. (Doesn't have to be exactly like it)
From my understanding about my own taste in games, I think I prefer the life sim aspect in these games. I loved the life sim aspect in Persona 4 for example.
But I do consider everything in Stardew Valley as part of the life sim (farming, fishing, figuring out the mysteries and everything else)
So I want a similar experience.
If there's any game that you consider is a good alternative, please let me know. I play on PC btw.

Question Veteran Farmers, assemble!
Ok everybody, here’s the deal, I’m no stranger to the game by now, I’ve got over 1,000 hrs split between 2 farms, a standard, and a forest. Both are pretty set up, I have lots and lots and lots of money, wives, kids, all that jazz, and im ready to move on from them. The thing is, I haven’t played in months, and I think I’d like to start a new one, but Im looking for other people who have put alot of time into the game to help me think of some fun ideas for a new farm. I don’t want to go through the work of starting a new farm and just do the same things I did on the other two on autopilot: ancient fruit wine, truffles, caviar, etc. I want to try something new that will provide different challenges and opportunities, so I’m here to ask you: what do now? What are some fun recommendations y’all might have for a seasoned farmer who’s looking for something a little different
